Study Space Policies
- All study space reservations and Community Connections Room computers require a free library account. You can sign up for one here. If you would rather not sign up for a library account, most locations offer general seating and/or reservable meeting rooms.
- Study and Community Connections Rooms can be used once a day for up to two hours per person/group. Reservations can be made up to seven days prior.
- Any equipment included in the rental space is subject to the reservation time limit. This includes computers and/or phones. Once the reservation ends, patrons will need to vacate the room, even if a call is not complete.
- Limited technical assistance is available for Community Connections Room equipment.
- Patrons must use headphones when using the clavinova in Central’s Study Room 414.
- Reservations may be canceled and the room given to another patron if you have not arrived 10 minutes after your scheduled time.
- Lights are to remain on at all times.
- Food is not allowed in study spaces. Non-alcoholic drinks with lids are allowed.
- Leave the room promptly at the end of your reserved time slot. Please vacate the room 10 minutes before building closing.
